社会发展、进步,依靠科学技术;科学发展依靠教育。由于农村小学办学条件的限制,严重制约着农村教育的跨越式发展;同时由于农村小学教师总体素质的偏低和观念的陈旧,不能很快适应新课程的教学,直接影响到农村地区课程改革的发展。重新定位农村小学教师角色;构建农村小学探究式课堂教学模块;确定学生的主体地位,拓宽农村小学育人环境是农村新课改的重中之重。
