[目的]建立同时测定工作场所空气中10种挥发性有机物含量的气相色谱检测方法。[方法]目标物采用活性炭管吸附和二硫化碳解吸,经Elite-XLB毛细管柱程序升温分离,气相色谱法氢火焰离子化检测器测定。[结果]苯、甲苯、二甲苯、环己烷、正庚烷、异丙醇、丙酮、丁酮、四氢呋喃和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的采样效率均大于90%,样品在室温下可保存5 d;检出限依次为0.110 0、0.660 0、0.120 0、0.580 0、0.008 9、0.990 0、0.006 0、0.055 0、0.630 0和0.3000 mg/L,在约10~800 mg/L浓度范围,相关系数均大于0.999 0;平均加标回收率范围在86.7%~102.4%之间,相对标准偏差范围在1.6%~5.9%之间。[结论]该方法简便快速,准确性好,灵敏度高,适用于工作场所空气中10种挥发性有机物的同时测定。
[Objective] To establish a gas chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of 10 volatile organic compounds in the air of workplace. [Method] The target substance was adsorbed by activated charcoal and desorbed by carbon disulfide. The sample was heated and separated by Elite-XLB capillary column and determined by gas chromatography with flame ionization detector. [Result] The sampling efficiencies of benzene, toluene, xylene, cyclohexane, n-heptane, isopropanol, acetone, butanone, tetrahydrofuran and methyl methacrylate were all above 90%. The samples were stored at room temperature for 5 days ; The detection limits were 0.110 0,0.660 0,0.120 0,0.580 0,0.008 9,0.990 0,0.006 0,0.055 0,0.630 0 and 0.3000 mg / L, respectively, and the correlation coefficients were about 10 ~ 800 mg / L The coefficients were greater than 0.999 0; the average spike recovery ranged from 86.7% to 102.4% with relative standard deviation ranged from 1.6% to 5.9%. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive and suitable for the simultaneous determination of 10 volatile organic compounds in the air of workplace.
