经分离纯化获得纯菌株并在培养基上产生了分生孢子.分别用病死枝上子实体内挑取的子囊孢子、纯培养产生的分生孢子制备孢子悬浮液,在无病区烫伤接种健康华山松枝条和表面消毒的离体枝条,均使之发病并出现了与自然发病相同的病状、病症(分生孢子器和分生孢子).经显微镜检视计测,鉴定出松黑腐皮壳(ValsapiniFr.)和其无性型松腐皮壳囊孢(CytosporapiniDesm.).
