以俄罗斯科学院研制的化学气相沉积(Chemical Vapor Deposition,CVD)软件为工具,计算分析了C-H-O体系在600—2000K、101325Pa、CH_4-O-S体系在600-1200K、101325Pa下不同反应物配比及温度对碳沉积率的影响,绘制了碳沉积相图;计算筛选出适合于不同体系制备碳纳米管的催化剂。解决了目前火焰法制备碳纳米管时的经验性和盲目性问题,为实验室及工业生产提供了科学依据。
Based on the software of Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) developed by Russian Academy of Sciences, the effects of the ratio of different reactants and temperature on the system of CH_4-OS at 600-2000K, 101325Pa, Carbon deposition rate, draw the phase diagram of carbon deposition; calculated suitable screening of different systems for the preparation of carbon nanotubes catalyst. The present invention solves the problem of experience and blindness in the current flame preparation of carbon nanotubes and provides a scientific basis for laboratory and industrial production.
