目的研究hnRNP K及Hugl-1的表达与人膀胱移行细胞癌(transitional cell carcinom a of bladder,TCCB)的临床病理的关系,探讨hnRNP K及Hugl-1与TCCB细胞发生、侵袭的相关性。方法对68例TCCB标本和38例前列腺增生症患者的膀胱壁应用单克隆抗体、免疫组化SP法检测hnRNP K及Hugl-1蛋白表达情况。结果TCCB组织中Hugl-1表达水平显著低于正常膀胱组织(P<0.05);而hnRNP K表达水平显著高于正常膀胱组织(P<0.05)。TCCB组织中Hugl-1表达降低及hnRNP K表达增高与肿瘤分期、病理分级存在相关性(P<0.05),且TCCB组织中Hugl-1表达水平降低与肿瘤转移存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论膀胱癌组织中Hugl-1表达下降及hnRNP K表达水平增高与TCCB的发生、发展过程有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of hnRNP K and Hugl-1 and the clinicopathological features of transitional cell carcinom of of bladder (TCCB), and to explore the correlation between hnRNP K, Hugl-1 and TCCB. Methods Monoclonal antibody was applied to the bladder wall of 68 patients with TCCB and 38 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. The expressions of hnRNP K and Hugl-1 protein were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The expression of Hugl-1 in TCCB tissues was significantly lower than that in normal bladder tissues (P <0.05), while the expression of hnRNP K was significantly higher than that in normal bladder tissues (P <0.05). The decreased expression of Hugl-1 and the increased expression of hnRNP K in TCCB correlated with the tumor stage and pathological grade (P <0.05). The decreased expression of Hugl-1 in TCCB correlated with tumor metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion The decreased expression of Hugl-1 and the increased expression of hnRNP K in bladder cancer are related to the occurrence and development of TCCB.
