作为一种新的管理实践和管理技术,政府绩效管理在公共行政中受到广泛关注,但是由于历史和现实的原因,导致政府绩效管理在实践中还存在诸多困难。本文旨在从分析我国政府绩效管理中的现存问题,进而提出激励机制的建立、绩效评估体系的完善等几个方面的对策,探索政府绩效管理的发展途径,建立完善规范的绩效管理体系,推进绩效管理全面发展,这是当前我国社会主义市场经济建设和政府管理改革的客观要求,具有重要意义。
