当前我国出现大量扰乱市场竞争秩序的行为,这违背了WTO的精神。为了切实履行入世承诺,提高企业竞争力,维护我国的经济安全,必须大力规范市场竞争秩序。文章从立法、执法、监督三个角度探讨解决这一问题的途径。 At present, there is a large number of acts in our country that disrupt the order of market competition, which runs counter to the spirit of the WTO. In order to effectively fulfill the WTO commitments, improve the competitiveness of enterprises and safeguard China’s economic security, we must vigorously regulate market competition. The article explores the ways to solve this problem from the perspectives of legislation, law enforcement and supervision.
