目的:总结应用机械通气抢救重度有机磷农药中毒并呼吸衰竭的体会。方法:通过总结分析25例重度有机磷农药中毒并呼吸衰竭应用机械通气的临床资料。结果:20例患者治愈出院(80%),住院天数2~26天;3例患者自动出院、2例患者死亡。结论:早期识别、及时开放气道、尽早机械通气、选择合适机械通气参数、适宜的脱机时机、配合综合治疗是提高重度有机磷农药中毒并呼吸衰竭抢救成功率、改善预后的关键。
Objective: To summarize the experience of using mechanical ventilation to rescue severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and respiratory failure. Methods: The clinical data of 25 patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and respiratory failure using mechanical ventilation were summarized and analyzed. Results: Twenty patients were cured (80%) and hospitalized for 2-26 days. Three patients were discharged automatically and two patients died. Conclusion: Early identification, timely opening of the airway, early mechanical ventilation, selection of appropriate mechanical ventilation parameters, appropriate timing of off-line and combined with comprehensive treatment are the keys to improve the success rate of severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and respiratory failure rescue and improve prognosis.
