商品住宅随着社会经济的增长和消费人群购买力的提高,像其它商品一样,会更新换代。健康住宅是住宅产业发展的必然产物,是国家经济发展、人民生活水平提高之后对住宅建设提出的必然要求,而健康住宅的概念在住宅产业界和广大业主牛赢得了普遍的认同,它包含了生态型与文化型住宅的内容,并以环境、空间、文化、效益四个方面形成综合性的设计理念,成为未来商品住宅的主流。
Commercial housing with the socio-economic growth and increase the purchasing power of consumers, like other commodities, will be replaced. Healthy housing is the inevitable product of the development of housing industry, which is a necessary requirement for housing construction after the country’s economic development and improvement of people’s living standards.
