温胆汤源于姚僧垣《集验方》,外台秘要》谓“出第五卷中”。有关温胆汤的命名及治疗病证,后世医家持不同的看法,但孰是孰非,尚无定论,因此有必要作深入地探讨。纵观有关中医文献可以看出,多数医家认为温胆汤之“温”,乃温和之“温”,非温凉之“温”。亦即指胆腑功能而言,非谓药性。其依据是胆以温为候,而本方药物寒凉,并无温胆之品。由是以方测证,认为温胆汤是治疗胆虚痰热上扰虚烦不得眠,惊悸,口苦呕哕的方剂。笔者略述己见,望同道施教。一、温胆汤的寒热属性方剂的组成原则是主、辅、佐、使,其寒热属性决定于按主、辅、佐、使配伍后的整体。温胆汤究竟属寒属热,亦得从它的方药组成来看。而后世方书沿用的温胆汤是经《三因极一病证方论》依据《备急千金要方》所载(治证、用药与《集验 Wendan Tang originated from Yao Yao’s “Set of Testimonials,” and the “Taiwan Secret Means” said “out of the fifth volume.” Regarding the naming and treatment of Wendantang, doctors of different generations have different opinions.
