不同姜制厚朴抗炎镇痛作用实验研究

目的:通过比较生厚朴、药典姜厚朴、樟帮姜厚朴三者的抗炎镇痛作用,明确炮制前后及不同姜制方法对厚朴抗炎镇痛作用影响。方法:分为空白对照组,阳性对照组,生厚朴、药典姜厚朴及樟帮姜厚朴低、中、高剂量组,每组10只,雌雄各半,采用甩尾法、醋酸扭体法观察各样品镇痛作用,通过二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀和冰醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性增加的研究来探讨各样品的抗炎作用。结果:与空白对照组比较,生厚朴高剂量组、药典姜厚朴中、高剂量及樟帮姜厚朴各剂量组均表现有显著或极显著性延长小鼠甩尾潜伏期、减少醋酸扭体反应次数及抑制醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细管通透性增加作用,生厚朴及不同姜制厚朴各剂量组均能显著或极显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀;与生厚朴各剂量组平行比较,樟帮姜厚朴高剂量组能显著延长小鼠甩尾潜伏期并抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀,低、中剂量组能极显著减少冰醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数;与药典姜厚朴各剂量组平行比较,樟帮姜厚朴高剂量组能显著延长小鼠甩尾潜伏期。结论:厚朴生品和不同姜制厚朴均表现出抗炎镇痛作用,药典姜厚朴与生厚朴比较无显著性差异,但有作用增强趋向,樟帮姜厚朴镇痛抗炎作用显著强于生品,并表现出比药典姜厚朴更强的镇痛作用。研究结果为阐明樟帮姜厚朴炮制机制奠定基础。 OBJECTIVE: To compare the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of the three prescriptions of Magnolia officinalis, Pharmacopoeia of Magnolia officinalis and Magnolia officinalis, and to clarify the effect of different ginger methods on the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Magnolia bark. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the high-dose group of Magnolia officinalis, the medium-dose and high-dose of Magnolia officinalis, the high dose of Magnolia officinalis, the Magnolia officinalis, the latency of tail-flicking mice and the number of writhing reactions of acetic acid were significantly decreased Inhibition of acetic acid-induced increased peritoneal capillary permeability in mice, Magnolia officinalis and Magnolia officinalis of each dose group were significantly or very significantly inhibited xylene-induced ear swelling in mice; and Magnolia officinalis of each dose group parallel, Zhang Gang Bang high dose group can significantly prolong the tail-flick latency mice and inhibit ear swelling in mice caused by xylene, low, medium dose group can significantly reduce glacial acetic acid-induced writhing in mice; and Pharmacopoeia ginger Magnolia dosage groups Parallel comparison, Camphor Gangwort high dose group can significantly prolong the tail-flick latency in mice. CONCLUSION: Both Magnolia officinalis and different Magnolia officinalis plants exhibit anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. There is no significant difference between Magnolia officinalis and Magnolia officinalis, but their effects are stronger. The analgesic effect of Magnolia officinalis is stronger than that of healthy products Show Pharmacopoeia Jiang Magnolia stronger analgesic effect. The results laid the foundation for elucidating the processing mechanism of Campanulaceae.
