目的了解象山县居民健康基本技能掌握现况,探讨科学的健康教育策略和干预措施。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,对城市居民、农村居民、学生和流动人口居民等4类人群的日常生活健康基本技能、生活应急基本技能和传染病预防基本技能的掌握现况开展调查,并将问卷按照量表的形式进行内部一致性信度和结构效度分析。结果调查1 080人,获得有效问卷1 053份,有效回收率为97.50%。1 053名被调查者的基本技能知晓率为73.30%,不同年龄、人群类别和文化程度的群体技能掌握情况不尽相同(P<0.01)。结论象山县居民健康基本技能知晓率总体较好,今后应加强对居民实际操作方面健康基本技能的培养。 Objective To understand the status quo of health basic skills of residents in Xiangshan County and to explore the scientific health education strategies and interventions. Methods A multi-stage sampling method was used to investigate the basic skills of daily life health, basic emergency life skills and basic skills of infectious disease prevention in four groups of urban residents, rural residents, students and floating population residents. Results A total of 1 080 people were surveyed, 1,005 valid questionnaires were obtained, and the effective recovery rate was 97.50%. The basic skills awareness rate of 1 053 respondents was 73.30%. The group skills masters differed by age, population category and education level (P <0.01). Conclusion The awareness rate of basic health skills of residents in Xiangshan County is generally good. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the training of the basic health skills for residents in practical operation.
