To train a large number of new high-quality military professionals is a strategic requirement for achieving the goal of strengthening the armed forces. We should aim at improving the professional quality and do a good job in the overall design of the path of growth for the joint operations personnel. We should strengthen our combat capabilities and improve the professional, institutional and standard design of the joint operations. We should clearly define the qualifications and conditions and optimize the design of the qualification system for joint operational commanders. We should promote cultural integration and strengthening Our army has strong military culture design; activate human resources and improve the supporting system design for the growth path.
