供试材料为以色列引进的草莓品种S3,在日光温室条件下研究了接种地表球囊霉(Glomus versiforme)和摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)对草莓果实产量及品质的影响。结果表明,这2种AM真菌均能促进根系生长,提高草莓单果重和单株产量,其中,摩西球囊霉的促增效果比地表球囊霉促增效果显著。2个菌种混合使用比1个菌种促增效果更显著,其中,摩西球囊霉和地表球囊霉菌土各16 g的混合处理对草莓果实产量的促进作用最强,草莓果实可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量、可溶性糖含量分别提高了22.26%、36.09%和15.07%,果实硬度提高,而可滴定酸含量下降了28.99%,改善了草莓风味。
The test material was strawberry variety S3 imported from Israel. The effects of inoculation of Glomus versiforme and Glomus mosseae on the yield and quality of strawberry fruits were studied under sunlight greenhouse conditions. The results showed that both of the two AM fungi can promote root growth and increase strawberry fruit weight per plant and yield per plant, of which, the promotion effect of Glomus mosseae increased significantly than that of A. globosum. The mixed use of 2 strains was more significant than that of 1 strain. Among them, 16 g mixed treatment of Glomus mosseae and A. terrestris had the strongest promoting effect on strawberry fruit yield. The soluble solids of strawberry fruit The contents of vitamin C and soluble sugar increased by 22.26%, 36.09% and 15.07%, respectively. The hardness of fruit increased and the content of titratable acid decreased by 28.99%, which improved the strawberry flavor.
