1病例资料患者,男,77岁,2014年12月20日因一氧化碳(CO)中毒于新疆伊犁州友谊医院就诊,CT提示肺部占位;CA19-9:109.9 U/mL,甲胎蛋白(α-fetoprotein,AFP)>2 000.0ng/mL,在新疆伊犁-HH友谊医院行高压氧治疗后,为明确肿瘤诊断,于2015年1月28日至第二军医大学长海医院行PET-CT检查:(1)右肺下叶背段见高代谢肿块影,考虑肺癌伴纵隔及两侧肺门淋巴结转移可能性大(图1、图2);(2)肝脏代谢未见异常(图3)。因患者CO中毒,意识不清,
