实现“一带一路”国家战略部署需要地质工作“走出去”。站在全球资源的层面,用战略的眼光寻找境外矿产资源,开拓境外资源市场,参与世界资源的竞争,建立稳定的资源勘查和矿产品供给基地是今后一段时间的重要工作。为实现我国资源“走出去”的战略思想,开发两种资源、两个市场,需要为国内矿企的境外投资活动提供基础性地质资料。在中央财政的支持下,天津地质调查中心于 Achieve “Belt and Road” national strategic deployment needs geological work “going out ”.
