“快餐”一词于20世纪80年代初期传入中国,截至21世纪初,随着“快餐”族语词的不断滋生,“快餐”不仅影响到餐饮业、文化业,而且波及到政治、教育、家庭生活等各行各业,我国的民族音乐也受到了“快餐文化”的影响,从而产生了“快餐音乐”。文章描述了“快餐文化”时代下中国民族音乐传承的现状,通过分析“快餐文化”的特征,认清“快餐文化”对传承中国民族音乐的利弊,应利用“快餐文化”所具有的特质为传承中国民族音乐服务。
The term “fast food” was introduced to China in the early 1980s. As of the beginning of the 21st century, with the continuous development of “fast food” family names, “fast food” not only affected the catering and cultural industries, but also Spread to all walks of life such as politics, education and family life.
