本文介绍甲醇工艺中气氨/氨气换热冷凝成液氨后,测定液氨中铁离子含量的方法。用李森科承受器采取样品并使其自然挥发完全,并通过硝酸和盐酸氧化,用原子吸收光谱仪进行铁离子含量的测定。同时对实验方法进行精密度和回收率验证检测。结果表明,此方法铁离子损失较少,干扰较少,易操作,精密度高,分析结果准确可靠。
This article describes the methanol process gas ammonia / ammonia heat condensation into liquid ammonia, liquid ammonia in the determination of iron content. The sample was taken with a Lysenco holder and allowed to evaporate completely, oxidized with nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, and the content of iron ions was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. At the same time, the experimental method was used to verify the precision and recovery rate. The results show that this method has less iron loss, less interference, easy operation, high precision and accurate and reliable analysis results.
