建筑工程项目管理是在质量、工期、投资等一定条件下,按照建筑工程项目的特点对其进行科学有效地规划、实施、和协调的系列管理活动。其将建筑工程项目作为主要对象,其目的是通过对项目整个过程和环节的管理最好的实现既定目标。因建筑工程项目管理直接关系到项目实施的进度及质量,因此,各建筑公司都十分重视工程项目的管理。本文从质量、安全、进度及成本四个方面探讨了建筑工程项目管理的要求及实施方案。
Construction Project Management is a series of management activities that are planned, implemented and coordinated scientifically and effectively according to the characteristics of construction projects under certain conditions of quality, construction period, investment and so on. Its construction projects as the main target, its purpose is through the management of the entire project processes and links to achieve the best goal. Because of the construction project management is directly related to the progress and quality of project implementation, therefore, each construction company attaches great importance to the management of the project. This article discusses the requirements and implementation plan of construction project management from four aspects of quality, safety, progress and cost.
