循环训练是运动训练中常见的一种训练方法,在发展运动员身体素质水平,丰富训练内容,提高训练效果等方面发挥着重要的作用。为了进一步探索循环训练法在田径力量训练中的应用与具体操作方法,本文通过文献资料调研与逻辑分析法对循环训练法在不同田径项目中力量训练中的应用原则与特点、训练内容与计划、实践中注意事项等问题进行了分析研究。结果表明,循环训练法在田径力量训练中具有广阔的应用空间,训练中应注意全面性、个体性、专项化与多样性,循环训练法的正确使用有助于田径各专项力量训练效果的提高。
Cyclic training is a common training method in sports training. It plays an important role in developing athletes’ physical quality, enriching training contents and improving training effect. In order to further explore the application of cyclic training in track and field strength training and specific methods of operation, this paper through the literature research and logical analysis of the cycle training method in different track and field strength training application principles and characteristics, training content and planning, Practice considerations and other issues were analyzed and studied. The results show that the method of cyclic training has broad application space in track and field strength training, the training should pay attention to comprehensiveness, individuality, specialization and diversity. The correct use of cyclic training method is helpful to the improvement of track and field special training effect .
