PVA人工玻璃体的研制及实验研究

PVA人工玻璃体是聚乙烯醇经过过滤、透析、辐照交联和膨润制成的具有三维立体结构的高分子水凝胶。当膨润比为1∶89时,其含水量、屈光指数等理化指标与生体玻璃体相近,小牛血清能良好的渗入其中。兔眼玻璃体置换后观察,PVA人工玻璃体具有良好的组织相融性,术后2个月玻璃体保持透明,术后眼压一直略高于术前,表明此材科是一种有前途的理想的玻璃体代用物。 PVA artificial vitreous polyvinyl alcohol has been filtered, dialysis, radiation crosslinking and swelling made of three-dimensional structure of the polymer hydrogel. When the swelling ratio is 1:89, its moisture content, refractive index and other physical and chemical indicators are similar to the vitreous body, bovine serum can well penetrate into them. Observed after vitrectomy, PVA artificial vitreous has good histocompatibility, vitreous remains clear after 2 months postoperative IOP has been slightly higher than preoperative, indicating that this material is a promising ideal Vitreous Substitutes.
