“五小”发明活动是万众创新的实现方式

“五小”发明活动作为职工劳动竞赛的重要组成部分,是群众性技术创新活动的重要载体,也是“大众创业、万众创新”的具体实践方式。在政府、社会的积极推动和企业的高度重视下,职工技术创新力不断增强,创新成果不断涌现,但实践中仍存在着有待提高的短板。因此,应进一步集中力量,多措并举,深化和拓展以“五小”发明为主体的职工技术创新活动。 As an important part of the workers’ labor competition, the invention of the “five small” inventions is an important carrier of mass technological innovation activities as well as a concrete practice of “public entrepreneurship and innovation”. With the active promotion of the government and society and the great attention paid by the enterprises, the technical innovation ability of the staff and workers continuously increases and the innovations continue to emerge. However, there is still a short board to be improved in practice. Therefore, we should further concentrate our efforts and take various measures to deepen and expand the technological innovation activities of employees based on the invention of “five small” inventions.
