复合顶板沿空掘巷围岩控制研究

为研究复合顶板沿空巷道围岩变形破坏机理及控制技术,基于该类巷道变形破坏特征的分析,得到巷道变形破坏的主要原因是没有考虑复合顶板沿空巷道围岩特性、支护强度低、变形不协调和没有发挥围岩的承载能力,揭示了复合顶板沿空巷道围岩变形破坏机理,研究了合理的围岩控制技术:1)优化临时支护工艺,减少复合顶板空顶时间,2)喷浆封闭围岩,防止复合顶板风化,3)高强度高预应力锚杆支护、底角锚杆、二次支护增加复合顶板层间结合力,提高两帮承载能力并控制底鼓,4)向采空区倾斜锚索增强基本顶关键块稳定性,保护内承载结构.工业性试验结果表明,围岩表面位移和复合顶板离层得到有效控制,基本顶很快稳定. In order to study the deformation and failure mechanism and control technology of the surrounding rock along the roadway with compound roof, based on the analysis of the deformation and failure characteristics of the roadway, the main reason for the deformation and failure of the roadway is that the surrounding rock characteristics of the roadway along the compound roof are not considered, Uncoordinated deformation and failure to exert the bearing capacity of surrounding rock. The deformation and failure mechanism of surrounding rock of gob-side entry with composite roof is revealed. The reasonable surrounding rock control technology is studied: 1) Optimized temporary support technology to reduce the empty roof time of composite roof 2 ) Shotcrete closes the surrounding rock to prevent the composite roof from weathering. 3) High strength and high prestressed anchor support, bottom anchor, and secondary support increase the bonding force between the composite roof layers to enhance the carrying capacity of the two supports and control the bottom drum , 4) To tilt the anchor cable to the goaf to enhance the stability of the key top block and protect the inner bearing structure.The industrial test results show that the displacement of the surrounding rock and the separation of the composite roof are effectively controlled, and the basic roof stabilizes quickly.
