峨眉火成岩省位于扬子地块西部,是西南攀西地区大的成矿省,为中二叠世末地幔柱活动产物。峨眉地幔柱活动是扬子地块西南缘最大的一次构造——岩浆热事件,对该区的成矿起着非常重要的控制作用。将攀西地区峨眉火成岩省的各类金属成矿作用联系成一个整体,以成矿系统的观点进行科学统一的研究和归纳,对于此地区的金属矿床成因认识和今后的勘探工作都大有裨益。
Emei igneous province is located in the western part of the Yangtze block. It is a large metallogenic province in the Panxi area of southwestern China and is the product of mantle plume at the end of the Middle Permian. The Emei mantle plume activity is the largest tectono-magmatic event in the southwestern margin of the Yangtze block, which plays a very important controlling role in mineralization in this area. All kinds of metallogenic processes in Emei igneous province in Panxi area are integrated into a whole, and the unified and unified research and induction from the perspective of metallogenic system are of great benefit to the understanding of metallogenic genesis in the area and future exploration work .
