我公司是在甲醇合成生产中,当合成塔循环气中的氮气等惰性气体含量高时,通常在塔后排放一部分循环气来降低入塔气的惰性气体含量。而这些排放气中氢含量约为58%左右,一氧化碳含量约为9%左右,长期排放下去无疑会造成有效气体的大量损失,进而影响到甲醇的产量。为实现节能降耗的目标,我公司经多次考察研究并结合自身实际情况,决定上一套4000m3/h膜分离氢回收装置,本装置于2011年1月份正式开车,运行至今回收效果明显。
Our company is in the methanol synthesis production, when the synthesis tower circulating gas nitrogen and other inert gas content is high, usually after the tower part of the recycle gas to reduce the inert gas into the tower gas content. However, the hydrogen content of these exhaust gases is about 58% and the carbon monoxide content is about 9%. Long-term emissions will undoubtedly cause a large loss of effective gas and further affect the production of methanol. In order to achieve the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption, after many times of investigation and study and combining with its actual situation, our company decided to set up a 4000m3 / h membrane separation hydrogen recovery device. The device was officially started in January 2011 and the recovery has been effective since its operation.
