在稳流模拟试验台上 ,利用所研制的四气门柴油机试验缸盖和气门口三维流速测量装置 ,运用热线风速仪测量了四气门柴油机不同气道布置方案下的进气门出口三维流场 ,揭示了四气门柴油机两进气道的相互干扰对气门口流场影响的变化规律 .两气道的相互干扰使两进气道相互作用区域、近壁区域内流速的大小和分布发生明显差异 ,这种差异随相互作用区域内速度峰值的增大而增加 ;切向速度分量影响最大 ,其速度大小及分布变化较大 ;切向气道较螺旋气道影响更大 ;螺旋气道对切向气道的影响随升程的增加而增大 ,切向气道对螺旋气道的影响则随升程的增大而减小
On the steady flow simulation test bed, the three-dimensional flow velocity measurement device of the cylinder head and the valve port was tested by the developed four-valve diesel engine, and the three-dimensional flow field at the inlet of the intake valve was measured by the hot wire anemometer. The influence of mutual interference between two intake ports of four-valve diesel engine on the flow field at the valve port was studied.The mutual interference between the two air channels caused a significant difference in the size and distribution of the flow velocity between the two intake ports in the interaction area and the near-wall area, The difference of species increased with the increase of the velocity peak in the interaction region. The tangential velocity component had the greatest effect on the velocity and the distribution of the velocity. The tangential airway had more influence on the spiral airway. The effect of the tract increases with increasing lift, and the effect of the tangential airway on the spiral airway decreases with increasing lift
