目的 研究实验性面神经损伤后的再生速度。方法 在立体定位下 ,面神经核团内注射标记蛋白前体结合闪烁计数技术研究豚鼠面神经损伤后的神经再生速度。结果 用快、慢轴浆转运测出的外周面神经平均再生速度分别为 2 .84± 0 .12mm/d与 3.16± 0 .0 8mm/d ,再生延隔时间分别为 2 .6 7± 0 .11d与 1.4 0± 0 .0 7d。结论 研究得到豚鼠外周面神经损伤后的神经再生速度
Objective To study the rate of regeneration after experimental facial nerve injury. Methods The nerve regeneration rate after facial nerve injury in guinea pigs was studied by stereotactic injection of labeled protein precursors combined with scintigraphy in facial nucleus. Results The mean velocities of peripheral nerves measured by fast and slow axonal transport were 2.84 ± 0.12mm / d and 3.16 ± 0.08mm / d, respectively, and the average regeneration time was 2.67 ± 0. 11d and 1.4 0 ± 0 .0 7d.
