目的:比较MRI与螺旋CT扫描诊断原发性肝癌的准确率。方法:对71例原发性肝癌患者分别进行MRI与螺旋CT扫描检查。结果:MRI检出肝内病灶、肝外病灶的阳性率、病灶个数均明显优于CT,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以手术或肝穿刺活检结果为金标准,CT检查的特异度、灵敏度诊断符合率分别为44.44%、83.02%、76.06%,MRI分别为54.55%、92.18%、90.14%,MRI均高于CT。结论:在原发性肝癌的诊断中,MRI较螺旋CT扫描的诊断准确率更高,有更好的优势。
Objective: To compare the accuracy of MRI and spiral CT in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer. Methods: 71 patients with primary liver cancer were examined by MRI and spiral CT scan. Results: The positive rates of liver lesions and extrahepatic lesions detected by MRI were significantly better than those of CT (P <0.05). The accuracy of CT examination was 44.44%, 83.02% and 76.06%, respectively. The MRI was 54.55%, 92.18% and 90.14% respectively. The MRI was higher than that of CT. Conclusion: In the diagnosis of primary liver cancer, MRI has better diagnostic accuracy than spiral CT scan.
