在知识经济发展的背景下社会主义市场经济有了崭新的形式,档案工作也随之产生了巨大的变化。如何适应实际,如何适应发展、如何适应变革成为档案工作必须要回答的问题。在档案工作中有来自技术的因素、来自环境的因素、来自管理的因素和来自人员素质的因素,新时期各种因素高度交叉,形成密不可分的体系,这其中档案工作人员素质无疑处于中心的地位。现阶段档案工作的加强应该放在人员素质的提升上,要将当前档案工作进行重新解读,形成对档案工作的再认知,通过具体工作需要的分析形成对档案工作人员能力和素质的要求,以不断对比的方式找出存在的问题和差距。在不断学习、实践、开创的基础上,全面发展档案工作人员的能力和素质,使其真正能够适应档案工作的需要,使档案工作得到全方位、快速地发展。
In the context of the development of knowledge-based economy, the socialist market economy has taken a brand-new form and tremendous changes have taken place in the archives work. How to adapt to the reality, how to adapt to the development, how to adapt to the problem of the file must be transformed into the work must be answered.
