针对某型飞机放气带机构故障率高且使用单位缺乏地面相关检测设备的问题,研发了一台飞机离心传感器测试装置。该文简要说明了飞机放气带机构的基本工作原理和离心传感器的检测技术要求,着重介绍了离心传感器测试装置机械系统的组成、功能和特点,并利用平板电脑、PLC和伺服电机等为核心设计了该装置的自动控制系统,给出了硬件系统、软件系统和关键逻辑的设计方案。最后,通过使用,验证了该装置的综合性、稳定性和可靠性,有很高的实用价值,满足了用户的要求。 Aiming at the problem of the high failure rate of a certain type of aircraft deflated belt mechanism and the lack of ground-related testing equipment for the use units, a centrifugal centrifugal sensor testing device was developed. This paper briefly describes the basic working principle of the deflated airframe and the testing requirements of the centrifugal sensor. It mainly introduces the composition, functions and features of the mechanical system of the centrifugal sensor test device. At the core of the tablet computer, PLC and servo motor The automatic control system of the device is designed. The hardware system, software system and key logic design are given.
