在广西南宁和山西平遥两个试点分别种植16个微胚乳玉米杂交组合和一个群体,测定百粒重和子粒含油率,并估算广义遗传率。结果表明,16个供试杂交组合的百粒重在不同地点间、不同组合间及组合×地点间差异都达到极显著水平,广西南宁各组合的百粒重均高于山西平遥,平均高出1.12g;供试群体在山西平遥的百粒重极显著高于广西南宁,约高出0.62g。16个供试杂交组合在两个地点子粒含油率的差异达到了极显著水平,山西平遥试点的含油率极显著高于广西南宁,平均高出0.62%,基因型间含油率的差异达到极显著水平,且基因型间的差异大于地点间的差异;供试群体在山西平遥的含油率也极显著高于广西南宁,平均含油率高出3.2个百分点。百粒重在两地的广义遗传率相差较大,含油率的广义遗传率在两地都比较高。由遗传进度分析可知,百粒重和含油率都是单点选择的效果优于两地联合选择。
16 micro-endosperm maize crosses and one population were planted in Nanning, Guangxi and Pingyao, Shanxi respectively. The 100-grain weight and grain oil content were measured and the generalized heritability was estimated. The results showed that the 100-grain weight of 16 tested hybrids was between different locations, the differences among different combinations and combinations × sites reached extremely significant level, and the 100-grain weight of each combination in Nanning of Guangxi was higher than that of Pingyao of Shanxi Province, 1.12g; the test population in Pingyao, Shanxi Province, the 100-grain weight was significantly higher than Nanning, Guangxi, about 0.62g higher. The oil content of grain in 16 tested hybrid combinations reached the extremely significant level in two locations. The oil content in Pingyao, Shanxi Province was significantly higher than that in Nanning, Guangxi, 0.62% higher on average, and the difference in oil content between genotypes reached extremely significant And the difference between genotypes was greater than that between sites. The oil content of test groups in Pingyao of Shanxi Province was also significantly higher than that of Nanning, Guangxi with the average oil content being 3.2 percentage points higher. The generalized heritability of the 100-grain weight differs greatly between the two places, and the generalized heritability of the oil content is relatively high in both places. From the genetic progress analysis shows that 100-weight and oil content are single-point selection is better than the two joint choice.
