In the seventies, archaeologists unearthed a gold and silver mask from a Liao dynasty tombs at the Fangfanghong Refinery in Fangshan County, a suburb of Beijing, the first discovery in Beijing. The mask is apparently a relic of the Khitan man in the Liao Dynasty. The mask is 31 cm long and has a perfectly clear face profile. There is a koji head and a long neck under it. From the modeling point of view, kindly, is entirely a charity Buddhist image, and our found in Inner Mongolia and northeast Liao Dynasty masks are different.
