目的 探讨低钠血症在危重新生儿中的意义。方法 对 73例危重新生儿进行常规血清K+ ,Na+ ,Cl-,Ca2 + 检查 ,发现 2 8例有低钠血症 ,其中失钠性低钠血症 11例 ,稀释性低钠血症 12例 ,同时分析了其原因及治疗。结果 低钠血症发病率 :38.49% ,治愈 2 6例 ,2例因原发病恶化而死亡。结论 危重新生儿中低钠血症的发病率较高 ,及时、正确的诊治直接影响患儿预后。
Objective To investigate the significance of hyponatremia in critically ill newborns. Methods Routine serum K +, Na +, Cl- and Ca2 + were examined in 73 cases of critically ill newborns. Twenty-eight cases were found to have hyponatremia, of which 11 cases were sodium-deficiency hyponatremia and 12 cases were diluted hyponatremia , At the same time analyzed the reason and treatment. Results The incidence of hyponatremia was 38.49%, 26 cases were cured and 2 cases died of the primary disease. Conclusion The incidence of hyponatremia in critically ill newborns is high, and timely and correct diagnosis and treatment directly affect the prognosis of children.
