目的 :从新疆党参中提取多糖 ,并测其含量。方法 :用水提醇沉法制得党参多糖 ,用苯酚-硫酸法测其含量。结果 :测得多糖含量为 5 0 0 1% ,回收率为 99 3% ,RSD =1 2 8% (n =3)。结论 :党参多糖含量高 ,具有较高的开发利用价值 Objective : To extract polysaccharides from Xinjiang Codonopsis pilosula and measure its content. Methods: The Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharides were prepared by water extraction and alcohol precipitation and their contents were measured by phenol-sulfuric acid method. Results : The polysaccharide content was measured as 500%, the recovery rate was 99 3%, RSD = 12% (n = 3). Conclusion : Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide has high content and has high value of development and utilization
