运用UPI对全校九八级新生进行调查，发现在心理健康状况上45.1％的同学存在程度不同的问题，而各系之间，男女生之间无显著差异，发现了在新生中存在的心理问题的较突出的方面，指出高校开展心理健康教育工作的紧迫性。
