针对太原铁路局货运站设置和经营方面存在小运量货运站设置较多,造成作业效率降低、影响货运规模化经营及营销机制不适应市场经济发展需要等问题,采取整合部分运量小的货运营业站;成立货运中心,分区域实行货运集中办理的措施。并提出增强竞争意识、简化货运手续、提高服务质量、改善服务设施的对策。
