以蒸馏水为分散介质,使用Malvern Mastersizer对原材料Omyacarb 5进行了粒径分析。考察了超声分散时间、超声分散振幅、搅拌速度、搅拌时间、超声后的稳定时间等因素对Omyacarb 5样品粒径测定的影响,并确定了Omyacarb 5样品粒径的最佳测定条件。
The raw material Omyacarb 5 was subjected to particle size analysis using Malvern Mastersizer using distilled water as the dispersion medium. The effects of ultrasonic dispersion time, ultrasonic dispersion amplitude, stirring speed, stirring time and ultrasonic stabilization time on the particle size determination of Omyacarb 5 were investigated. The optimum conditions of Omyacarb 5 particle size determination were determined.
