目前,全肺切除是临床上治疗中心型肺癌的常用方法,但因手术对机体损害极大而影响临床效果[1],因此,加强对患者的术后护理干预,可在一定程度上降低并发症的发生。近年来笔者对15例全肺切除患者实施了精心护理,临床效果满意,现报告如下。1临床资料2014年7~10月因中央型肺癌在我科行全肺切除术的患者15患者,男12例、女3例,年龄47~68岁、平均56.14岁, Currently, pneumonectomy is a commonly used method for the treatment of central lung cancer clinically.
