一、当前学校德育工作中存在的问题首先,德育缺乏一个切合实际的统一规划。各学段均缺乏合乎学生身心发展规律的教材,品德教育活动零乱不成体系,致使教师的德育行为无序、随机、随意。德育活动虽也时常开展,但抑末重于治本,热衷于应付短期的、眼前的需要而忽略人的美德造就。其实,正如知识和技能的形成与发展有其自身的规律一样,品德的形成与发展也有其自身的规律性,人的作为一旦违背了客观规律,则必然会遭到规律的惩罚。
