随着中日两国经贸互惠关系的全面提升及国内社会对高质量日语人才的需求不断增加,改革传统的本科培养模式,培养高层次应用型人才,已经成为我国日语本科教育面临的一个重要问题和挑战。如何从传统的单一型培养模式转变为多样化的人才培养模式是日语专业面临的重大课题。本文通过实例分别从五个方面阐述了多样化人才培养模式的特色、实践和效果,并对此改革进行了有意义的探讨。
