连接黏附分子C(JAM-C)是近几年来研究逐渐增多的一种免疫球蛋白。JAM-C的分子结构、分布及其与特定配体作用的特点,决定了JAM-C在精子的形成、调节细胞旁通透性、调节白细胞的游走、调节血管的发生和肿瘤的增长、转移等多种生理、病理过程中起到了极其重要的作用,也对相关疾病的诊断及治疗提供了新的研究方向。现就JAM-C的分布表达、病理生理作用、与相应疾病的关系以及其可能作为未来疾病治疗的靶点予以综述。
