文章以强度等级C30绿色再生混凝土为目标,以高强的道路废弃混凝土为骨料来源,通过对试件施加弯曲荷载和采用快速碳化方法,确保循环骨料的代表性,将二次循环后的Ⅱ级再生骨料替代天然砂石制备高品质绿色再生混凝土。研究了弯曲荷载作用下绿色再生混凝土碳化行为,并采用电镜扫描SEM分析,通过比较内部微观形貌,探讨了绿色再生混凝土碳化后的微观机理。
The article takes C30 green recycled concrete as the goal, with high-strength road abandoned concrete as the aggregate source. By applying bending load to the specimen and adopting rapid carbonation method to ensure the representativeness of recycled aggregates, the secondary recycled Ⅱ Grade Recycled Aggregate Replaces Natural Aggregates to Prepare High Quality Green Recycled Concrete. The carbonation behavior of green recycled concrete under bending load was studied. SEM analysis was conducted by SEM. The microcosmic mechanism of green recycled concrete after carbonization was discussed by comparing the internal microstructure.
