民办学校走内涵发展之路,要有一支较为稳定的、高质量的师资队伍,因而对教师管理的改革和研究变得尤为重要。民办师资管理的改革发展,既需要政府制定和执行利于民办教育发展的政策,创造良好的发展环境,也需要民办学校本身科学的经营和管理,这是一项繁琐而长期的工程。当然,只要社会、学校、教师各方面齐心协力,采取有力措施,按教育规律办事,最大限度地激发教师和工作人员的创造活力,我们有理由相信民办学校的内涵发展道路会走得更坚实和宽广。这也是刊发本专题的期望之所在。
