目的　探讨人工流产时两种不同镇痛方法的临床效果。方法　将 30 0例人工流产病人随机分成三组 ,观察不同组别镇痛效果、出血量、子宫收缩情况。结果　静脉麻醉组镇痛效果明显高于宫颈局麻组和对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,而对术中出血量、子宫收缩无明显影响 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　静脉麻醉在人工流产中应用是一种安全有效的镇痛方法 ,值得临床大力推广使用。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of two different methods of analgesia during induced abortion. Methods 30 cases of induced abortion were randomly divided into three groups. The analgesic effect, blood loss and uterine contractions in different groups were observed. Results The analgesic effect in intravenous anesthesia group was significantly higher than that in cervical local anesthesia group and control group (P <0.01), but had no significant effect on intraoperative blood loss and uterine contractions (P> 0.05). Conclusion The application of intravenous anesthesia in induced abortion is a safe and effective method of analgesia, and it is worth clinical promotion.
