研究了一种采用四丁基氟化铵评估聚合物偶合部分的方法。分析表明,在适当的终止条件下,偶合部分主要是烷氧基硅烷基团的缩合。在湿老化过程中未处理聚合物门尼黏度增大,通过中和或加入位阻醇可控制这种现象。在轮胎胎面胶料中使用烷氧基硅烷官能化的聚合物可降低滚动阻力、提高耐磨性。
A method for the evaluation of the coupling of polymers using tetrabutylammonium fluoride was studied. The analysis shows that under appropriate termination conditions, the coupling moiety is predominantly the condensation of alkoxysilane groups. The Mooney viscosity of the untreated polymer increases during wet aging and can be controlled by neutralization or by the addition of hindered alcohols. The use of alkoxysilane-functionalized polymers in tire tread stock reduces rolling resistance and improves wear resistance.
