本文从 CR摄影的操作流程、IP板规格的选择、曝光条件的选择、病人资料的输入、图像后处理、CR摄影的优缺点等 7个方面 ,介绍 CR摄影的使用体会。主要体会是 :1用什么规格的胶片照片就用同样规格的 IP板来摄影 ,这样打印照片时较方便。 2曝光条件一般为传统 X线摄影的 1/ 2～ 2 / 3之间 ,手工选择条件曝光比自动曝光更好。3判断曝光条件是否合适 ,可以从直方图或中位值来判断 ,然后进行调整。 4由于 CR系统在受到照射时存在散射现象可引起图像模糊 ,摄影时应尽量缩小曝光野。特别是胸腰椎的摄影 ,曝光野的大小对它影响最大。5在输入病人资料时 ,应注意不能在病人 ID栏内打上中文。当给 IP板输入病人资料时 ,如出现提示 [是否覆盖 ],则应检查所用的 ID是否正确。6对于摄影条件选择不当引起的图像噪声过大 ,可执行 MUSICA处理 ,进行 MUSI对比度、降噪、边缘对比度等多个项目的调节 ,提高图像的质量。对于用错误的曝光等级扫描得到的图像 ,可执行 MUSICA处理 ,将它修改过来。7用什么规格的 IP板摄影就用什么规格的胶片打印。这样不论是用 [最佳匹配 ]还是 [用真实大小 ]打印 ,所得的图像与真实大小最接近 ,而且操作最简便

Especially thoracolumbar photography, the size of the exposure field has the greatest impact on it. 5 When entering patient data, care should be taken not to type Chinese in the patient ID column. When entering patient information into the IP board, if prompted [Overwrite], you should check whether the ID used is correct. 6 If the image noise caused by improper shooting conditions is too large, MUSICA processing can be performed to adjust the MUSI contrast, noise reduction, edge contrast and other items to improve the image quality. For images scanned with the wrong exposure level, perform MUSICA processing and modify it. 7 with what IP board photography specifications on what film to print. So whether you print with [Best Match] or [Use True Size], the resulting image is closest to the true size and easiest to operate
