高中学生选课及指导是普通高中课程改革不可分割的有机构成,而政府行为在学生选课指导中发挥着重要作用,在某种意义上说,它是课程改革成败的重要保障。通过分析美国联邦政府和地方政府在高中学生选课指导方面的政府行为,我们可以从中获得以下启示:制定教育目标和课程标准,指导课程设置和合理选择教材;组织实施教学质量的评估和检查;做好普通高中选课指导教师的培训工作等。
The high school students ’course selection and guidance are the indivisible organic constitutions of the general high school curriculum reform. The government behavior plays an important role in the guidance of the students’ course selection. In a sense, it is an important guarantee for the success or failure of the curriculum reform. By analyzing the government behavior of the federal and local governments in the high school students’ course selection, we can draw the following enlightenment: setting educational goals and curriculum standards, guiding curriculum setting and selecting teaching materials rationally; organizing the implementation of teaching quality assessment and inspection; Ordinary high school elective guidance teacher training and so on.
