当前,天然气正通过大量的长输管道从气源地运输至用气城市。由于燃气管道施工项目涉及多个部门、多项技术,因此所面临的风险也比较大,必须做好风险管理工作才能保证燃气管道施工项目的正常进行。文章结合全生命周期理论,分析燃气管道工程项目中各个阶段可能存在的风险并提出可行的风险管理对策,为燃气管道施工项目的风险管理提供科学的理论依据,切实降低施工存在的风险。
Currently, natural gas is being transported from gas sources to gas-consuming cities through a large number of long-distance pipelines. As gas pipeline construction projects involve multiple departments and technologies, the risks are relatively large and risk management work must be done to ensure the normal operation of gas pipeline construction projects. Based on the theory of whole life cycle, the article analyzes the possible risks in each phase of the gas pipeline project and puts forward feasible risk management measures to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the risk management of the gas pipeline construction project and effectively reduce the risk of construction.
