以“丹波黑”大豆为材料,研究叶面喷施5%(v/v)甲醇对中性土壤、红壤和黄壤条件下大豆的生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明:叶面喷施甲醇后,中性土壤、红壤、黄壤中大豆的株高均显著增加,叶片相对叶绿素含量无显著变化;中性土壤和红壤中大豆叶片鲜重和干重无显著变化,黄壤中大豆叶片重量显著增加。随着甲醇处理时间的延长,中性土壤中大豆叶片可溶性糖含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,可溶性蛋白含量呈先下降后上升趋势;红壤中可溶性糖含量缓慢增加,可溶性蛋白含量呈先上升后下降趋势;黄壤中叶片可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量均呈现显著递增的趋势。以上结果表明,叶面喷施5%甲醇可以显著促进黄壤中大豆的生长。
The effects of foliar application of 5% (v / v) methanol on the growth and physiological characteristics of soybean in neutral soil, red soil and yellow soil were studied using “Danbo black” soybean. The results showed that after spraying methanol, the plant height of soybean in neutral soil, red soil and yellow soil increased significantly, while the relative chlorophyll content did not change significantly. The fresh weight and dry weight of soybean in neutral soil and red soil showed no significant change , Yellow soil soybean weight increased significantly. With the prolongation of methanol treatment, the soluble sugar content of soybean leaves increased first and then decreased in neutral soil, soluble protein content decreased first and then increased; soluble sugar content increased slowly in red soil, soluble protein content first increased The trend of soluble protein and soluble sugar in yellow soil showed a significant increasing trend. The above results show that the foliar application of 5% methanol can significantly promote the growth of soybean in yellow soil.
