本文利用研制的高温黏度测定仪对几种高温熔融盐的黏度-温度特性进行了实验研究,并与文献数据具有较好的一致性,证明了研制高温熔盐黏度仪及测量方法的可靠性.进而对HITEC熔融盐进行改性研究,得到两种新高温熔融盐并测定得到了黏度-温度特性曲线.结果表明,经过改性后的高温熔融盐黏度显著降低,有利于降低太阳能热发电熔盐传热管路系统的阻力.
In this paper, the viscosity-temperature characteristics of several high-temperature molten salt were experimentally studied with the developed high-temperature viscosity tester. The results were in good agreement with the literature data. The reliability of the high-temperature molten salt viscosity meter and the measuring method was proved. Then the HITEC molten salt was modified to obtain two new high-temperature molten salt and the viscosity-temperature characteristic curve was obtained.The results show that the viscosity of the modified high-temperature molten salt is significantly reduced, which is beneficial to reduce the temperature of molten salt Heat transfer piping system resistance.
